Apartment renting   :
Price-list for the renting for 7 nights is based on arrival at Saturday 05.00 hrs PM and departure at next Saturday 10.00 hrs AM.
Bed-sheets and towels are provided and are renewed end of each week.
During the low season, the price for a appartment renting (period from 3 to 6 nights) is charged according to the nights used without SP..
The swiming-pool can be used from 10.00 hrs AM to 10.00 hrs PM. The swimming-pool is "guests-proprietors" shared. 
The price-list includes all taxes except for local taxes (0,55 Euros/p/day) and electricity. (extra-charged on the base of the real consumptions)
      Guest rooms renting:  
Price-list is based for the renting of one room for two persons.
Breakfast is included and served from 8H to 10H AM.
Accesses to the kitchen and living-room are shared. The guests are free to do cooking and to take their meals.
Fridge, cooking places, household utensils, wahing machine, dishwasher, living-room, television, terrace, are "free of use".
Tthe swiming-pool can be used from 10.00 hrs AM to 10.00 hrs PM. The swimming-pool is "guests-proprietors" shared. 
The bed-room of the "lodging 2" gives an exclusive access to the loft and its comfort-commodities.
The price-list includes all taxes except for local taxes (0,55 Euros/p/day )
      Booking:
A 30% down payment is required on booking, by international check or transfert on account bank..
Remainder on arrival.
300 Euros deposit is riquired on arrival for lodging renting. No credit card is possible.
     Général:
Littles PETS are allowed only in low season. (+5 euros/night) .

Smoking inside the bedrooms is not allowed, it's preferable to smoke outside theApartments.
              Parents are always responsible for the safety of their children
